Contribute an Intervention
Approaches are collected through the consortium’s Mapping What Works questionnaire. You do not need to be a researcher, and the approach does not need to have been evaluated. If you run a programme, fund one, commission one, or simply know one that works, that is exactly what is being asked for.
Mapping What Works
The consortium is building the first European collection of concrete approaches against social isolation and loneliness — what they do, who they help, and what makes them work. Contributions feed the Best Practices Report for EU Member States and the interactive map on lonelinessineurope.eu.
Ten to twenty minutes, up to three approaches, in any language. If you would rather talk than type, you can send a two-minute voice note instead.
You do not need to be a researcher, and the approach does not need to have been evaluated. If you run a programme, fund one, commission one, or simply know one that works, that is exactly what is being asked for.
What happens next, without you doing anything else. Entries you have given permission to publish appear in the LONELY-EU Intervention Registry on this site, with a title, a short description and a citation you can use. If you answer the questionnaire using the same email address as your Ties account, the entry is attached to your profile automatically — there is no second form to fill in. Your name, organisation and email address are never published; the attribution name you chose is.
An entry can be updated as evaluation evidence accumulates, and both evaluated and unevaluated approaches belong in the registry. The evaluation-status field records where something sits on the evidence journey; it is not a gate.
